An after-hours support desk is available weekdays between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. for account lockouts and basic questions at (800) 820-1890 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Users who have previously registered with Grants Gateway and have forgotten their username should email email@example.com.
Users who know their username, but have forgotten their password, should navigate to the Grants Gateway login page and click the Forgot Password link, then follow the prompts.
