Overview
Grants Management hosts weekly webinars for organizations interested in familiarizing themselves with the Grants Gateway. The regularly scheduled session topics include:
- Registration
- Prequalification
- Grant Application
- Contract Management

Register Your Organization
Description: This approximately thirty-minute webinar will show new users how to fill out and submit their registration form in order to get their organization registered in the Grants Gateway.
When: Every Thursday at 9:00 AM
How to Join:
- Click the Join Now button below to join the meeting.
- If requested, enter your name and email address.
- If a password is required, enter the meeting password.
- Click "Join".
- Once you are logged in, you will be provided with phone conference call-in information.

If you haven’t attended a WebEx meeting before and would like to verify that it will work on your system, click here at least an hour before the start of the webinar.
Prequalification
Description: This approximately one-hour webinar will show users at Not for Profits how to get their organization prequalified, and how to maintain their prequalification. NOTE: For Profits and Governmental Entities do not need to be prequalified.
When: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 AM
How to Join:

Grant Application
Description: This approximately one-hour webinar will show users how to complete a grant application in the Grants Gateway.
When: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM

Contract Management
Description: This approximately one-hour webinar will show grantees how to manage contracts in the Grants Gateway.
When: Mondays at 1:30 PM
How to Join: Registration is required.
To register, email [email protected] with "Contract Management Webinar Registration" in the subject line.
Please include the following information in the body of your email:
- Your organization's name
- Your contact information
- The name of the state agency that your contract is with
- Your contract number
Once registered, you will receive email confirmation with webinar login information and instructions.
Submit Claims for Payment
Description: This approximately 45-minute webinar will show grantees how to submit claims for advances and/or payments in the Grants Gateway.
When: As needed
How to Join: Registration is required.
To register, email [email protected] with "Payment Submission Webinar Registration" in the subject line.
Please include the following information in the body of your email:
- Your organization's name
- Your contact information
- The name of the state agency that your contract is with
- Your contract number
Once registered, you will receive email confirmation with webinar login information and instructions.
